Effective November 9, 2026.
Nebula Outpost (the "game") is developed by Avryn (avryn.dev). This page explains what data the game collects, how it is used and the choices you have.
Your progress (levels cleared, stars, crystals, items, paint sets, claimed Daily Challenges) and settings (sound, language) are stored only on your device. The game does not connect to the internet; we run no servers and never receive this data. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
The game shows no ads, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and does not use your device's advertising ID.
The current version sells nothing. When expansion packs go on sale, payment will be handled by Google Play; we never receive your card or payment details, and the game only asks Google Play whether a pack has been purchased. This page will be updated before that happens.
The game does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Questions: [email protected].
